All positions are paid biweekly or monthly based on the payroll procedures in each location.

Where are the internships and co-ops located?
These may be located at any one of our Rogers locations in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

What types of training and career development do you offer?
Rogers offers training programs for all employees throughout the year. These programs cover a wide range of topics, including project management, leadership development, six sigma, and more. Rogers also offers a generous tuition reimbursement program and provides job-specific training as needed

Our Rogers Germany location offers apprenticeship opportunities to provide students exceptional applied experience to advance their careers. We are seeking graduates that are motivated, flexible, and work well in a team environment. Rogers Germany offers secure apprenticeships in growing industries. We educate in the areas of Mechatronics, Surface Coating and Materials Testing.
