What is your exchange/return policy?

Customer service is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly; however, please understand that we are not able to make any refunds on custom orders. Thank you.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

At this time, we only accept orders placed in the US.
